Mr. Shafni Uwais brings extensive hands-on experience in gemstone sourcing and operational management. Raised within a family deeply connected to Sri Lanka’s gemstone industry, he possesses in-depth knowledge of mining regions, stone quality, and traditional trading values. He oversees sourcing operations across Sri Lanka and international origins, ensuring consistency, authenticity, and ethical procurement of every gemstone.

Mr. Ajlan Uwais

Director – Business Development & International Trade

Mr. Ajlan Uvais represents the new generation of leadership at MELAY PARTNERS, combining traditional gemstone expertise with a modern, globally focused business vision. He leads international sales, market expansion, and client relationships across the USA, Europe, and Asia. His focus is on building long-term partnerships with jewelry designers, manufacturers, and boutique buyers while strengthening the company’s global brand presence.
